Premium Credits

Double your Credits with Premium Credits! Purchased Credits used for bids that you do not secure become Premium Credits.

Advantages of Premium Credits

Thanks to Premium Credits you never lose your Purchased Credits!

All Purchased Credits used by a member to place a bid in one or more auctions without succeeding to secure the sale become Premium Credits which are returned to the member at the moment of the next purchase of credits. Premium Credits can be added to any Silver Credits and Gold Credits.

Premium Credits

Premium Credits are Purchased Credits used to place bids on products you didn't secure.
Once Premium Credits have been awarded they are not reduced if the product is secured.

Purchased Credits

When a member purchases Credits he/she receives Purchased Credits which are added to the Purchased Credits Account.

Validity of Premium Credits

Premium Credits credited to the Premium Credits Account do not expire.

Crediting of Premium Credits to the Available Credits account

Premium Credits are credited to the “Available Credits” account when a member purchases other Credits, according to the rules described here.

Rule on the type of Credits used to bid

Available Credits are the total Credits available to place bids. Available Credits are the sum of the Purchased Credits and various Free Credits. When a bid is placed the system automatically takes credits first from the Purchased Credits and when they are finished from the Free Credits. The statement of the Purchased Credits can be seen on the “Statement” page which is updated after each auction has been closed.

Premium Credits Regulation

Every time a member purchases Credits he/she will receive Purchased Credits and different types of Free Credits (Promo, Silver, Gold, Premium) according to the number of Credits purchased made and bids placed. Premium Credits are only received for Purchased Credits.

At the end of every auction in which a member has placed bids there are two possible situations:

The member didn't succeed with their bid
All Credits used to bid amounting to a total lower than or equal to the current Purchased Credits are credited on the “Premium Credits” account. The Purchased Credits account is reduced by the same amount.

The member did succeed with their bid
When a member confirms the purchase of the product, the following occurs: - The number of Premium Credits does not increase.
- The Purchased Credits Account is reduced by the value of the product purchased (conversion: £ 1.00 = 100 Credits).
- The Purchased Credits Account must never be below zero.

Rule: When Premium Credits become Available Credits that can be used to place Bids.

The number of Premium Credits is reduced each time a member purchases Credits and at the same time they are transformed into Available Credits for Bids.
They are reduced according to the following rules:

A) Purchased Credits (not Free) higher or equal to Premium Credits
All Premium Credits are transformed into Available Credits.

B) Purchased Credits lower than Premium Credits.
A number of Premium Credits equal to the number of Purchased Credits is transformed into Available Credits.
Premium Credits must never be below zero.
