Gold credits
Gold Credits are for Gold Members only, i.e. for members who purchase at least 30 Pounds worth of Credits. These Credits are refunded to Gold Members for their loyalty to BidandClick.
GOLD User Regulations
Every "GOLD Member", immediately receives "Refund Credits" for every future purchase in agreement with the regulations shown below:
Calculation of Refund Credits
30% of the sum of Credits previously purchased and the credits of the next purchase net of Free Credits.
30% of the sum of Credits previously purchased and the credits of the next purchase net of Free Credits.
Clarifying example:

| Current purchase: | £ 50.00 (5,000 Credits) |
(50.00 + 50.00) x 30% = 3,000
equal to £ 30.00
In other words the GOLD Member receives an extra
30% discount on the current purchase of Credits.
Limits and constraints
| 1. | Refund Credits are rounded up to the nearest “50” credits in case of fractioned amounts (see point 4). | ||||
| 2. | If the amount of the next purchase of Credits is less than £ 30.00 you shall loose your right to be a GOLD Member and therefore you shall not receive any refund, no matter what the amount of the previous purchase was. | ||||
| 3. | If the previous purchase was less than £ 30.00 you shall not have the right to receive the Refund Credits but, if the current purchase is at least £ 30.00, you become a GOLD Member. | ||||
| 4. |
If the amount of your next purchase will be lower than the previous one but is always of at least £ 30.00, then the Refund Credits are ONLY calculated as 30% of the amount
of your next purchase. For example:
(31.00) x 30% = 930 equal to £ 9.30 which are rounded up to the nearest "50" Credits as per point 1 and therefore become: Refund Credits = 950 (equal to £ 9.50). |

| 6. | "GOLD Member" is a BidandClick promotion therefore it may be modified and/or ended and/or suspended without notice*. |
GOLD Member advantages
A GOLD Member immediately receives a refund for every following purchase of Credits; the refund is called "Gold Credits" and is in addition to purchased Credits, Silver and Premium* Credits.

A member who buys Credits for £ 18.00
has a cost equal to: 100 Credits = £ 1.00.
Definitions
GOLD MemberA"GOLD Member" is a member who purchases Credits for at least £ 30.00 in one time.
Expiry of GOLD Member title
It can be renovated for another month if you purchase at least £ 30.00 worth of credits. After 1 month from the last purchase a GOLD Member loses said title and relevant advantages. The expiry of a GOLD Membership is shown under the nickname.
Gold Credits
The number of Credits that every GOLD Member receives for any future purchase of Credits in compliance with the GOLD User Regulations.

Which members can become GOLD Members?
All members that purchase credits for at least £ 30.00 immediately become GOLD Members.
Does the entitlement to being a GOLD Member expire? Can the GOLD Member status be extended?
Yes it does expire but it can be extended. If a GOLD Member does not purchase Credits for at least £ 30.00 within a month from the last purchase of Credits then he/she loses the status of GOLD Member. For every purchase of at least £ 30.00 made during the GOLD Member period, this status is automatically renewed for another month.
Is there a limit to the number of times that the GOLD Member status can be renewed and to the use of the advantages?
No there are no limits. Every time a GOLD Member purchases credit for an amount over £ 30.00 the Gold Credits are assigned together with the Credits purchased and the Free Credits and the GOLD Member status is automatically renewed for another month.
What happens if the GOLD Member status is not renewed within 1 month?
You lose your status of GOLD Member and all the refund advantages. After 1 month you can once again become a GOLD Member by purchasing Credits for at least £ 30.00: in this case the Gold Credit advantages start only after a further purchase.
If my previous purchase of Credits within the last month was over £ 30.00 (so I am a GOLD Member) and my next purchase is less than £ 30.00 do I lose my GOLD Member status?
Yes. In addition, because you will no longer be a GOLD Member you will not have the right to receive Refund Credits when you purchase Credits for less than £ 30.00 whatever the amount of the Credits of your previous purchase.
If my last purchase of Credits was for less than £ 30.00 and the following one is over £ 30.00 do I become a GOLD Member and benefit of the advantages?
Yes, with this purchase you will become a GOLD Member and therefore with a further purchase of at least £ 30.00 you will receive the Gold Credits.
Can Refund Credits be converted into cash?
No. Refund Credits cannot be converted into cash for any reason and without any exception.
Are Refund Credits in addition to Free Credits?
Yes. GOLD Members receive the Credits purchases, the relevant Free Credits and, in addition, the Refund Credits.
