For each bid placed and accepted BidandClick provides the "Information Service". The Credits required for each bid are the Credits necessary to receive the "Information Service" required for each bid placed. The number of credits required to transform each single bid placed into an effective bid after having clicked on "Confirm your Bids" is displayed for each product.
As the "Information Service" is provided immediately after having clicked on "Confirm your Bids", it is not possible to refund Credits after the "Bidding Period".

It is the possibility to buy the products on sale following a procedure whereby, at the end of the Bidding Period, the buyer is the member who places the lowest unique bid.
It is called "blind" because when a member places a bid he/she does not know the value of the bids made by other members.

A Bid is the price which you are willing to pay for a product on sale.
For example: If at the end of the "Bidding Period", the lowest unique bid is of £ 0.05 the member who has placed this bid has the right to purchase the product at the amount offered, whatever the street price of the product.
To make it simpler, the bid must be placed in Pence (in the example: the bid of £ 0.05 must be expressed in pence, i.e. with the number 5 – no type of punctuation must be used).

The maximum time that each member has available to place a bid is indicated for each single product on sale. The Bidding period is shown with a countdown in days, hours, minutes and seconds.
To synchronise your computer with the BidandClick central server, the setting of the automatic update of the internet time must be active (click on the clock of your computer and check if the automatic synchronisation is active in the "Internet time" section). If the time is not updated in this way by your operating system, you may find some differences compared to the time of the "Bidding Period". It is your responsibility to keep the clock of your computer updated.

A "unique bid" is the amount offered for a purchase only by one registered member and only once during the "Bidding Period".

It is the service provided by BidandClick to registered members for each confirmed and accepted bid. This service continues and is updated until the end of the Bidding Period. The service indicates in real time if the bid placed is: the lowest and unique; not unique; unique but not the lowest.

It is the period of time following the Bidding Period in which the awarded bidder can purchase the product. The Confirmation Period is, without exceptions, 10 days, i.e. 240 hours from the end of the Bidding Period.

First of all you need to register with the website using the form on the BidandClick Registration page. You need to enter your nickname and password which you will then use each time you wish to login to the site and take part in the open auctions.
All fields are obligatory, except for your mobile phone number; if the fields are not filled in the registration procedure is interrupted. Furthermore, you must accept the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy Statement.

Yes. Every time a registered member purchases Credits, depending on the amount selected, Free Credits are given.
Every member can receive Free Credits by inviting friends through the "Invite a friend" service. The member will receive "Free Credits" for every friend who will register and purchase credits using a Credit Card.
In addition, there may be Free Credit promotions during the registration phase.

Bid

A single bid is the sum bid in Pence to purchase the product on sale.
For graphic layout reasons of the site, the possibility of making up to a maximum of 5 single bids has been chosen. If you want to make more than 5 single bids, it is necessary to repeat the operation.

A multiple bid is a group of bids expressed in Pence, including the lowest bid and the highest bid made. Automatically, all the bids, including the lowest and the highest are booked.
The maximum number of multiple bids for each single booking is 100.
If you want to make more multiple bids for a product, it is necessary to repeat the operation, making more groups of bids.

One or more bids can be placed for each product. Bids must be expressed in pence (e.g.: 123 = £ 1.23). Bids become effective and accepted once the member confirms a bid by clicking on "Confirm your Bids". Once a bid has been accepted by BidandClick, the bidder will receive the "information Service".

No. As it is a blind auction the bids placed by other members and their nickname cannot be disclosed. At the end of the auction, the amount of the lowest unique bid and the nickname of the bidder will be shown.

There are no limits to the total number of bids which can be placed for each product during an auction. You can place single bids (max 5) or multiple bids indicating the range of the bid (range max 100 bids). For all bids to become effective and to be accepted by BidandClick they must be confirmed by clicking on "Confirm your Bids". Said operations, for each product, can be repeated without any limit on the number of times. There is however a time limit (Bidding Period) and a limit generated by the Credits available.

If a member decides not to purchase the product, or does not purchase it within the Confirmation Period, the second lowest unique bid will have the opportunity to buy it.

If the member who placed this bid does not buy the product within the Confirmation Period, then the product will be offered to the member who was second to bid £ 0.02.

No, it can't. If, for whatever unforeseeable reason, BidandClick becomes aware that there are problems concerning the product auctioned, it reserves the right to withdraw the product from sale. In this case BidandClick will return the Credits to the members for the services not provided.

At the end of the Bidding Period the member who has placed the lowest unique bid, that is the one who has the right to purchase the product at the offered price, will have to enter his account under the section "My closed auctions". BidandClick shows the symbol of the lowest unique bid on the product and a banner in the header. Within the Confirmation Period the member can exert his right to purchase the product at the price he offered plus transport charges (if any) as indicated in the product information sheet.
It is the responsibility of the member to check, at the end of the Bidding Period, if one of his bids is the successful one. BidandClick takes no responsibility if the member does not check the status of bids.

No, there is no obligation to buy. From the moment the Bidding Period ends, the member has ten (10) days, or 240 hours, to confirm the purchase; after this period the member shall lose all rights on the product.

The Awarded Bidder has the right to buy the product at the price equal to the sum of the lowest unique bid plus any transport charges indicated on the product information sheet of each lot. For example: if at the end of the "Bidding Period" the street price for a product is £ 400.00, the lowest unique bid is £ 0.06 and the transport charges are equal to £ 7.00 (shown on the product information sheet).
The member can buy the product at the following price:

Transport charges: £ 7.00
Total purchase price of the product: £ 7.06
For certain products transport is free of charge, therefore in this case the price to pay is the amount of the lowest unique bid.

No. The user who does not bid for the product does not have the right to purchase the product and therefore does not have to pay the sum bid for that particular product.

You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. The amount to be paid must include any transport charges as shown on the product information sheet. Credits cannot be used to buy product as they can only be used to receive the "Information Service". The product is only effectively sold if the member who placed the lowest unique bid confirms the purchase, that is to say makes the payment, within the "Confirmation Period" (10 days= 240 hours from the end of the auction).

Any delivery costs can vary from product to product and are indicated in the description of each product.
In the case of cars, the delivery is made through a car dealer located in the European Community and, if possible, in the Country of the buyer. All travelling costs that the highest bidder must sustain to get to the place where the product is, plus any registration costs and/or anything not expressly indicated in the website will be at the cost of the lowest bidder.

A product purchased in an auction is delivered according to the sales conditions set out by the BidandClick supplier which shall be communicated to the awarded bidder. All small products are sent directly to the registration address, while larger products (e.g. a car) are delivered c/o the supplier and only in the European Community. The companies appointed by us to deal with the transport usually execute the order within 4-6 working days from the shipping date of the product. To execute the order means to deliver the product to an express courier. Depending on the delivery address (islands, hamlets, main towns), the express courier may take 1-3 days to deliver. Sometimes, at the discretion of the companies appointed by BidandClick, the product may be sent by mail.

Yes. Seeing that it is possible to register persons as residents in any country at BidandClick, the despatch costs indicated in the description of the product represent the cost that is charged to the purchaser. Customs duty and taxes are not applied for the products shipped within the European Community (EU).
If any customs duty or taxes are applied, they are at consignee's expense (not included in the transport charges).

The products purchased on BidandClick are delivered by a European partner company of the Bewebcom Corporation. The products are completely new and are sold with the manufacturer's guarantee in accordance with European laws.
